Dress up like the pussy cat dolls, or you could do a pajama party. everyone there has to wear a pair of pajamas or they can't come in. Your young enjoy it. I'm assuming it will be at someones house since your not old enough to go to a bar right? Just dress as someone/thing that you really like. Girls love to get all pretty and sexy. Even if it's just for a party!!
