I pray to God to give me the strength to come out of such situations and I keep reminding myself that it would be no good if I started panicking. It would only make matters worse.On the contrary, if I keep my head cool and do things sensibly it would be better.

Deep breathing and if this doesn't work, I remove myself from the situation.

For instance, my children were annoying me last night. Not their fault, I was grumpy, but it was in my face. I went to bed and watched tv. Everyone's happy. No one's yelling and we all win.
