If I have light brown hair (I don't mean brown that's not black looking, but actually LIGHT brown hair) DARK brown eyes, black eyebrows, and very fair skin, (all nautrally) what region(s) or Europe could I descend from

Genetic testing or knowledge of family history and genealogy are the only sure ways to know what descent you came from.

(And those are not perfect ways to find out, either, but they come closer than just looking at your features.)

Western Europe, perhaps. Europe is a place with a broad variety of features, though. Your hair and eye color don't really tell much about what part of Europe you're from.

you might be german. but you can't really tell by the way you look. i mean i am mostly lebanese and i have dark brown hair dark brown eyes and a light complection and my sister has blonde hair and blue eyes. it's all about the genes your family has. you can't really depend on your looks to decide.
