Problem in additional Sata Drive in server 2003?

I have an Intell boad with 3 ghz HT Processor, IT have four Sata Ports first it has one Sata Drive 80 G.B. (SG), after installing server 2003, I add one more Sata 80G.B. Drive it installed and shown in Device Manager but unable to shown drive partitions? : when i install xp it shown second drive's partition too. But in server 2003 it shown only first drive partition why is it? Plz. help me if someone exactly know it.

You need to set it up first before Windows can use it, on your desktop, right-click 'My computer' and choose 'Manage' then 'Disk management' the new drive will show up on the list, you need to partition it to enable Windows to utilize it .
