They are supposed to calm down on the immature little jerks thing at about 18. I think that men and women of all ages can be immature/rude sometimes though!

My husband is 37 and still very good at being immature. So I would tend to agree with you that some people never stop.

I think some people never stop. For some reason some people never grow up and aren't able to think of anyone but themselves. I don't think some people have fully evolved from caveman status

Some people never do. It also doesn't seem to matter if they're in positions of authority or not.
I think "jerk-itis" is the new epidemic.

Some don't, and the causes run deep.
I know it's tough to hear, and harder to do, but sometimes trying to remember that they are covering up an insecurity can help make it less annoying.
