Pull out the video card. Inspect for burn marks on the pins, bloated capacitor or burnt odor. If it checks out OK, clean the pins w/ pencil eraser, then reinstall the card. If you've still got the beeps, test the card in another PC before you condemn it to the trash bin.

before you but a new graphics card, try updating the drivers,if it tells you no better driver could be found then, try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, then restart the puter and see if the beeps disappear, if still there, open the left side of the puter and uninstall the graphics card and reinstall it,restart and reload the drivers. now restart again and see if the beeps are still there.
I hope these suggestions did the trick but if not its probably time for a new graphics card.
also you didn't mention whether the card was giving you any problems other than just the beeps if it isn't i would wait till it goes out to replace it,as they are very expensive.

before you try anything else, turn off the computer. remove the video card from the motherboard, wait a moment, then re-seat the video card.
if you have a chance, look at the video card when you turn the computer on. make sure that the fan (if present) is spinning freely.*
if that doesnt work, i would look into flash the BIOS. getting the most up-to-date drivers will do nothing for this, as your error is happening BEFORE drivers are even a concern.
if Windows or games looked/acted funky, then i'd suggest video drivers.
*a poorly spinning fan wont cause the beeping, but its piece of mind knowing that everything is cooling properly.
