It is possible to sneeze with you're eyes open (there was an experiment on brainiac) But it does take alot of practice. Its just an automatic thing we do.

It's just a normal reaction. Try to sneeze with your eyes open. It will be hard to do I'm sure.

a sneeze is a complicated reflex action.....so closing the eyes is also a part of this action

Apparently, your eyes pop out if you don't close them !!!! I don't know how true that is as I'm not willing to try it !!!!! Ha ha ha lol
