Hi ralf.My choice would definitely be the 1976 horror movie :SUSPERIA.by the Italian Directer Dario Argentos.
Set in Switzerland at an exclusive Ballet Academy,Suspiria is the story of a newly arrived American student who discovers a series of brutal murders falling onto her fellow students.
With a little investigation she discovers that the school is a haven for a witches coven lead by the Black Queen.
Some of the scenes include a girl being pushed through a ceiling head first gradually being stripped of her skin.And a piece of meat on the table gradually disolving into hundreds of magots.

Nightmare on elm street 1 and 4. In nightmare on elm street 1 Johnny Depp Gets sucked into a bed and spewing blood comes out and in 4 a boy has a waterbed and sees a girl nude inside but then freddy comes out and cuts him in the water and it looks like somebodys carrot juice. Be afraid or at least ruin your waterbed.

Haven't seen it but my daughter said Hostel was the most disgusting, gory movie she's seen. She even had to watch something innocuous like the Disney channel (she's 21) on telly when she got home :)

i'm not truly into gore. so the goriest movie i saw was the texas chainsaw massacre. ugh. disgusting.

Braindead was pretty gory, with the lawnmower and all the blood at the end, awsome :)

Ichi The Killer was pretty gory, but it's still a great film.
