An intelligent person is calm poised calculative logical and is a good thinker while the other is completely opposite of the same.
An intelligent guy just accepts everything a stupid one says because he has nothing to lose while a stupid one doesn't accept anything an intelligent one says and argues since he feels he is to gain something.

On yahoo its easy to distinguish between an intelligent and stupid person.
An intelligent person reads the question carefully until they understand it. They then think for a moment before constructing a worthwhile answer.
A stupid person does the opposite.
In terms of asking questions, the intelligent person is looking for a variety of opinion and opposing views.
The stupid person is looking for everyone to agree with him, or is slightly mad, hence the strange nature of the question and poor grammar.

I think all people are intelligent some of the time and stupid at other times and normal most of the time. Depending on the subject matter, our abilities and even our blood sugar levels mean we act one way or the other. Labeling people is easy, but then we miss out on the fine details. As a teacher, I am reminded of the truth of that nearly every day, because in my job, it is so TEMPTING to put these tidy labels on students, but they constantly surprise you.

One needs to be intelligent to do that.
Stupid and unsmart people are not necessarily less intelligent... they just have a different way of applying their mind.
More often than not, a clever talker proves to be stupid in handling practical work and vice versa.

Our perceptions of others are ultimately always subjective. That is that we cannot see anyone else as they really are only as they reflect us. If you believe someone is intelligent they are reflecting your intelligence and if you see them as stupid they are reflecting your stupidity. Therefore our multi dimensional selves are sometime one thing and sometimes another.

Sounds to be a very judgmental and loaded question. Everyone has their own intelligence and their own foibles which might be taken as stupidity. Just who are we to decide who is better?
