When a person`s joy spills over and contaminates others on a regular basis, I deem this person to be wise indeed.

That question in itself is faulty: what is wise for one is not wise for another. There is a fine line between knowledge and wisdom. Do not confuse the two as being the same.

If someone is very wise they can always help and guide you through life for someone who is very dull has no idea where they are going in life.

The truly wise do not get upset with anyone or anything.... they just look for ways to tackle adversaries and adversities, and more often than not, find an effective way.

I'd say you'd be able to tell from his behavior. If he is calm and secure with himself, if he doesn't let things or people upset him or stress him out, if he knows how to deal with almost any situation with calmness and confidence no matter how difficult, then I'd say he has alot of wisdom. Most people don't reach this level until they're quite old because it takes a long time to achieve this kind of emotional stability and maturity.

just ask him a simple question with very very doubtfully.
Then ask him a hard puzzle.
you can also test him in his trouble time.
you will find him a Wise Person!!!!
