You need to tell your parents or counselor if you are having sex with a 25 year old woman. It's called child rape and it's illegal. She should be in prison.
As for your question:
If the boy has begun puberty and is able to ejaculate during sex, then he is able to get a girl/woman pregnant. If he is having sex but hasn't reached puberty yet he will orgasm but not ejaculate. He wont be able to get a girl/woman pregnant.
So if anyone reading this happens to be 12 and wants to know how you find out... You masturbate. If you ejaculate semen when you orgasm then you can get someone pregnant. My hope is that you'll wait till you're much older to have sex.
If you choose to have sex now, always wear a condom even if she says she's on birth control. Always bring your own condoms because there are girls out there who will try to get pregnant by tampering with a condom or telling you they are on the pill when they aren't. :/
Free condoms are available at all public health departments in your neighborhood with no questions asked.

First off, a 12 year old boy shouldn't be having sex with a 25 year old girl. Second, yes, pregnancy is possible. I'd hope that this question is a joke or a what-if. If this describes a true relationship, i hope the girl and the police meet real soon!

The real question should be what kind of twisted **** of a 25 year old girl wants to get impregnated by a 12 year old boy.

A 25 year old woman can get pregnant if sperm meets egg no matter how old it is. Men are fertile all the time after their body produces sperm.

Yeah most for sure she can and she can land herself in prison for rape regardless if he wanted her to or not if he mature enough to stick it then he mature enough to get her pregnant
