be compatible with everything except crappy mac programs

People buy computers to use programs not to run operating systems.
If the programs you want to use are available only for the pc ( games for example) then you are stuck with a pc
Any programs that are available for both are tons more expensive on the mac
There are programs that allow windows to run on a mac - and the newest ones are said to be very good
However this adds one more complexity and is always slower than running first hand
If you are just browsing the net and sending email it really does not matter what you buy and a mac is way less trouble to run
If you want to run pc programs get a pc as well its cheaper
You can connect the two to the internet or each other with a simple router

I can tell you one thing pc users can do that mac users cant... we know when to shut up. Mac users can go on for days saying how perfect those shitboxes are, and how cool it is to now install windows on them as well.

me being a gamer myself
i have to agree with the other posters,2 big reasons why people go with pcs is price,and compatibility
most people have problems with there pc,is cause they try to do something that they have no idea about,then whine that its a shitty computer,blah blah blah,etc..
been a pc user for 9 years,and i haven't had any problems like what most do

I guess PC is cheaper and easy to find parts and have more
compatibility than MAC. lol!

Crash daily ... lose vital files and folders... be hacked ...have the ugliest mothaf*cking interface this side of the Klingons...get viruses...
