Dear sir
someone plz help me to make silveroxide(Ag2O) powder in the lab.And where are the major application of Silveroxide in the industries?

I can only tell you the process.

Start with Ag2CO3 or AgNO3, commonly available reagents.

Heat them, they will decompose to give Ag2O.

Ag2O is used as an electrical buffer.
