Mariah is too camera conscious...always looking to find the perfect pose while not feeling her song and trying to improve range...Whitney on the other hand can hit the pipe and walk out looking like she's had no sleep in a week and blow your socks off with Mary Had a Little Lamb! No class but a real classic! Whitney wins!

Whitney Houston was the Mariah Carey of her day. She messed herself all up being with Bobby; Plus you don't she Mariah airing her laundry.

mariah carey all the way, her songs are more upbeat and she has a fantastic voice. her earlier songs were a lot better than hr current ones though. whitney is ok, but i never really greww up listening to her, mariah carey was more prominant when i was growing up so thats why i would choose mariah.

Whitney Houston, she has had a rough few years but she can Sang. Maria Carey is definitely a very very talented singer but she just can't compare to Whitney.

eventhough shes had some slips.. Mariah has too.
And to me Mariah sounds the SAME in every song. That real high pitched thing she does. She can only sing in one pitch.
