First, a best answer is a privilege and not a right.

You shouldn't be obligated to do. Usually it is a rewarding process though, because giving him some will in return yield in you getting some (best answers).

One last advice: If you don't give him any, you're increasing his chances of running to others for best answers.

no he doesn't understand many things. i just tap him on the head and tell him not to hurt his head worrying about big girl things.
