I think you're more interested in what another certain person has but .... what the heck:
I usually have a "Go Ahead" Almond, Raisin and Cranberry Chewy Cereal Bar with an Activia Prune Layer Yoghurt and a cup of tea without milk, or fennel tea, and sometimes an apple.
This morning, however, I had more time so instead I had some houmous (fat-reduced of course) on Corn Thins (cracked black pepper and lemon variety).
What about you? I need to know in case you're ever around Leeds in the morning.

Full English Breakfast!
Bacon, sausage, black pudding, fried bread, grilled tomato, beans and fried egg with a cup of tea and some fresh crusty bread.
Usually followed by two indigestion tablets.

Two sunny side up eggs, bacon stripes, hash brown
and of course crispy pancakes with strawberry sauce in the end.
Drinks: Orange Juice or Banana smoothie
Yes, very old typical american breakfast. ^^
