chilli sauce. it has to be extra hot, none of that namby pamby stuff. Also i need vinegar on chips. I love condiments. Food is just a vehicle for sauce.

Or a BBQ, in which case, tomato ketchup..
Or a steak....French mustard.
Otherwise, definitely HP sauce....

I really like 'Old Bay'. It is used as a seasoning for cooking. But I like to used it as flavoring on just about anything.
