That's an excellent idea , then you could just pay them in compliments instead of a paycheck and pocket the savings : )

Hire neither. I wouldn't want someone in my office talking about himself all the time any more than someone who talks about others. Both create discord in the office. Hire friendly, non judgemental, and humble people. They exist, believe me! You shouldn't have to choose between the two you mention above.

I dont think Ive ever heard or been in a work place where people didnt talk about others. Its gonna happen no matter what.
