Chances are, if it's a female has has been around a male within the last 5 months, she's pregnant.

Females get a plump appearance, that becomes almost "square" when she's about to give birth. Near the anal vent, on the lower abdomen, there are two clear areas which will darken when she's got fry. This area is called the "gravid spot". Here's a link with photos, plus what to expect during the pregnancy and birth: http://aquariumhobbyist.com/guppies/pregnancy.html There's a link at the bottom of the website on how to care for fry when they arrive.

Even if you only have females, they can store sperm from a single mating and give birth around every 28 days for 6 months.

the underside of her belly will have a dark almost black spot in front of the fin. It will get darker as she gets closer to giving birth turning dark black right before she is ready. she is a live bearer so she may act as though she is tired or swim with her tail up when it is almost time too. after her first batch she will continue to give birth roughly every 25-30 days , and can even if the male isnt in the tank for up to 6 months after the first time.
