I would love to see the Shostakovich's Festive Overture, Handel's Water Music, Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto, Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade and John Williams' Tuba Concerto, among others.

I would love to hear some of Grieg's "Old Norwegian Melody with Variations", Erik Satie's "Gymnopedies", Rimsky-Korsakov "Scheherazade" also, Lalo's " Symphonie Espagnole", Sibelius "Finlandia"

Maybe some peices from Pictures at an Exhibition; Ravel's Bolero; one of Vivaldi's Four Seasons; and Debussy's La Mer

and John William's Bassoon Concerto "the Five Sacred Trees" is MUCH better than his tuba concerto. :)

Master of Puppets by Metallica. Let's add in 'Harvester of Sorrow' also. Disney sucks. Seriously, through in Bach's Fantasia in Cm. (BWV 906) That will blow the audience out of the theater. Suicide Solution with Randy Rhodes wouldn't be bad.
