28 = 4*7, and 63= 9*7. then 4*9 + 7*7 = 85.

(4x-7)(7x-9)=0

so x=7/4 or x = 9/7.

( 4 x - 7 ) ( 7 x - 9 ) = 0

4 x - 7= 0 and 7 x - 9=0

4x = 7 and 7x = 9

x= 7/4 and x = 9 / 7
