Most likely it is a smurf bending over without any pants on. Or, it could be the second full moon in the same month. The moon has looked kind of blue at times because of the debris in the atmosphere caused by a major volcanic eruption. Two full moons in the same month are rare, hence the phrase, " Once in a blue moon."
