Laser and electrolisis are the only permanent hair removal tools that I know of. Think of it this way, its either getting little zaps or getting waxed more often. Why remove your chest hair, unless your female or a male stripper?

Laser hair removal. However, make sure to do it in a professional place. If you don't want to become completely hairless, you may do only a couple of sessions and that will diminish the number and thickness.

If you are a male, the hair gives protection and you look very handsome to your better half. If you are female, do not worry because your partner will advise and enjoy it.

Okay one word NAIR!!!!! its a hair remover that girls use and it prevents hair regrowth says right on the lotion. Warning it does burn at first.

Electrolysis, but that's not guaranteed and it's a long process.
