Taxi with reference to an aircraft is move or cause to move slowly along the ground in order to take off or land.

The verb is to taxi -to move along the ground, esp. of aircraft, so what you want should be taxis, unless (and the dictionary doesn't say) you have to add an "e", in which case it would be taxies, which would fit, but I don't know if it exists. Hope this helps, even a bit.
