when cracked its yellow and clear slime, so who know to cook it?

hunger was and is a very serious thing. i just see no need to a white object froma chickens butt or bugs or snakes. i was by no means belittling hunger. but how could anyone know to crack a what must have looked like a chicken turd and eat slime?

You obviously don't know hunger, but the many generations before you did. They would eat anything. Chicken, egg, who cares, as long as it filled the belly. The first person to eat an egg was a hungry person.

This is a great question. You know what I've always wondered? Who was the first person to think up coffee?

I mean, you take a green bean that tastes TERRIBLE. So you dry in the sun for a little while, or you bake it real slow till it turns dry and brown. Then you grind it up and pour it into some hot water.

*laugh* Ok, it's a funny question, but I can't tell you who. :)

It likely came from the need to survive, eating whatever was available, living off the land, and observing the behavior of other animals in the environment. The steady need for protein, fat and vitamins would have kept us coming back for more. I doubt it started with chicken eggs, but that's just a guess.
