Im black and it seems like most of the other black boys i meet try to act gangsta and dress that way and we live in the freakin Suburbs!!!

It is sad that in this day and age you would even care what someones skin color was. It sounds to me like you want to be treated in a certain way and be surrounded by boys that are true to themselves and to you. If the black guys in your area are playing to a stereo type and the white guys are being themselves then go with the ones that make you happy and feel good about yourself.

Honestly, if you like white guys there is nothing wrong with that at all. Unless you just don't like black guys for a completely unrelated reason. Otherwise, like who you like. It's all good. Black guys (just like some black women) are hurt when interracial relationships take place. But if that's what you want to do, do your thing girl, get your man. To hell with the rest of them!

you're attracted to who you're attracted to. if you're attracted to ONLY white boys, then I'd say there's a problem. but if there was a nice looking, clean cut, mannerable black boy, would you give him a chance? if so, then I'd say you know what you want in a guy, and it's not a thug or wannabe. it's not that you're attracted to white guys, you're attracted to a certain type of guy, and those men come in all colors.

you cant help who you like! I was always called "whitegirl" in school becasue i liked white guys! Well i am about to marry the best person i have ever met and he loved me for me! Just go with the flow!

Are there a lot of girls attracted to the gangsta "style"? I don't know ANY girls that like it - - makes me wonder who they dress to impress... if you don't like that "style", more power to you to look elsewhere!

well...I'm white and I'm attracted mostly to black guys... but not just any black guys - only ones that have good education, careers and nice manners.
