36% of babies born in the world are born healthy. This does not sound great, but many are able to be treated and are fine within hours or a couple of days.

I don't know numbers, but I guess it depends on a lot of things, like:
-hereditary problems
-the mother's age
-the mother's care of what she eats, quitting smoking, etc. during pregnancy
-random parametres
However, the tests carried out nowadays during pregnancy (ultrasounds etc.) have the ability to find out quite early if there is a problem. So if you follow your doctor's instructions and do the tests you are supposed to, the odds are that the baby will be healthy!

The odd are very good on having a healthy baby if you take care of yourslf during pregnancy but then there is always that chance that there could be some chromosonal abnormailities that no one can predict. But the odds are in your favor that your baby will be 100% happy and healthy.

It depends on health and age of mother, but older women are having healthier babies now than what they did 10 years ago due to advances in prenatal medicine. A woman in her mid 40s is more likely to have problems in her child than a woman in her mid 20s, due to what is known as ovarian degredation due to age. There are too many issues to be able to accurately give a ratio for healthy to 'damaged' children based on mother, environment and just pure random chance.
