Pick up my guitar with the volume cranked way past 10 and jam out. It feels like I enter another world. My emotions and feelings are so relaxed it is amazing.

Praying and singing in tongues while listening to Praise and Worship music and bringing down the presence of God. There isn't anything more relaxing...except doing the same in a hot-tub.

Hi The Drui, I take a nice warm shower and a good back rub and then i get on my laptop and go to Yahoo Answers this helps relax me and a hot cup of coffee while i am answering question and trying to help. LOL. It works for me. LOL.

Lie in my tub with the water full , i like to float in it, jus float in it.. i play music, probably Slayer and i try to listen to Araya's bass as good as i can when my ears r under water.. It's fun trust me.. And all this while i will b multi channeling thoughts at the rate of sound.. RELAX

I love to read, although lately it has been a struggle to do even that because I've got so much on my mind. I may read some here shortly though, not sure yet as I just woke up. I also enjoy yoga when I get the chance for that :)

I like to sing! Sometimes I like to go by myself into a quiet wooded area and get lost inside myself! Sometimes, just listening to a new age CD, with headphones, until I fall asleep! LZ

Listen to music, answer some of the questions here. I also like to eat out, or just walk around. Sometimes I'll prank call people, and yell at them just for the fun of it. There's another thing I do too, but I can't mention it here.

a sweet breeze blowing-hot summer sun beaming down-good music-good friend- and the beach-all day. just listening to the waves come in and out and an occasional pelican or seagull.
