Business administration is the actual knowledge to run a business. The financials, marketing, sales, cost accounting, hiring, firing and politics.

Business entrepreneurial studies includes those skills and strategies for starting and running your own businesses.

In business administration you work for someone else. In business entrepreneurial studies you work for yourself eventually, (and likely have less resources).
