I went from Dial Up to DSL. In the process, I lost over 3 years of saved stuff. Can I get it back?

I have a desktop computer and I am really not computer saavy to say the least.

How did that happen? Stupid technicians told you to reformat your hard drive? You could have copied your files to a CD or asked the geeks here first.

because of the email provided by your old ISP? maybe you can ask them for it...try calling your old ISP...
