i watched a program on this issue and having sex while your pregnant does not bother the baby AT ALL. its perfectly safe and many people think it will bring the baby discomfort but really it doesnt and in most cases women REALLY want to have sex with thier husbands while pregnant but fear it will harm the baby...so just GO FOR IT! SHOW YOUR MAN YOU LOVE HIM!

Yes its safe to have intercourse with your husband while pregnant, unless stated otherwise from your doctor. It won't hurt your baby, again unless stated by your doctor. You will find alot of maternity books will tell you some good positions for intercourse while pregnant. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant now with my first and I am considered a high risk pregnancy, and on and off the doc would allow us to have sex but sometimes for medical circumstances we weren't allowed to. If you begin to spot at all, stop, and take it easy. Good luck, oh your body is good at telling you what it can handle and not handle.

If you plan on still being married by the time your baby comes, YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BE HAVING SEX...LOTS OF IT!
Hahaha, but seriously...Unless your doctor says not to (if you have a history of miscarriage, high-risk for some reason) you can have sex up until your water breaks. Then you have to stop so no germs are introduced into the baby's "environment." If you end up going past your due date, sex can help you go into labor (although it never seemed to help with my 3 kids).
Enjoy your pregnancy, especially now before you're huge and tired!

No i don't think it will harm the baby i have had 4 children and nothing ever happened to me. But you know your body better then anyone so until a doctor tells you any different go head. You need this time with your husband believe me you wont get it for awhile plus he may feel left out if you tend to push him away at this time. you want that togetherness you both deserve it.But congrats on the new baby and good luck.

It is fine to have sex with your husband. Studies show that it is good for the baby too. Something about the hormones that go into the placenta and them making the baby happy or something like that. Nothing will happen to your baby because of intercourse. My suggestion is enjoy having sex and not having to worry about birth control!

Of course it is ok to have sex. The only times in pregnancy that you can't are if you are bleeding, in serious pain (and you wouldn't want to do it then anyway) or if your water breaks. Second trimester sex is amazing by the way....everything is sensitive and feels mush better...as well as your morning sickness/tiredness leaving you around then. Enjoy it now as when you have a new baby, there won't be as much time with baby interrupting your romantic moments! Best of luck.

Yes it's completely safe to have sex with your husband. You can have it up till you deliver if you choose too. In fact the only time it's not safe to is if the doctor says so. Some doctors even recommend sex if you are overdue. Plus it's very good for you and your husband to continue to be intimate, especially since some pregnant women start to feel unattractive if they don't think their mate desires them.

yes. Having sex is possible almost up till the time of birth unless restricted by your doctor. There are many just need to find what makes you and your husband comfortable. Check out the article it has a few positions that might make it more enjoyable.

Yes, it is safe as long as your pregnancy is not high risk or your doctor tells you otherwise. The intercourse will not harm the baby, however I would suggest that you not have sex after your water breaks.
I hope this helps and congratulations on the baby to be.

At 4 weeks there is no risk. I would suggest you being on top or from the side or even from the back if you like. Try not to have him lay on your belly.
Peace
I Have 2 kids
