Spend all that time with my loved ones at my side, talking to my children about all of the things I want them to know and sharing what I can with them as best as I could ( I do that anyways, but it would me doing that in uber-mode) and contacting the few people who I need to say some things to before I go. Laughing with my family as much as I can. I'd have one big party, one big happy laughing loving blow out.

Write a will, and make sure my folks know I don't want them wasting money on a headstone or any of that garbage. Give my body to a hospital so that it can be used to help train new doctors. That way I can help save lives even beyond death. :)
Also want to make sure my "funeral" is a party dedicated to my memory, instead of a big bundle of sad. This party is only to be held after everyone's done mourning. Don't cry 'cause I'm gone, smile 'cause I was there. :)

I haven't had a drink in 11 years, so I guess I'd get drunk just for Old Times Sake.

The same thing I do before going to work. I hug and kiss my wife and children like it is the last time.

Spend my last day with my entire family. and maybe take everyone on an adventure...skydiving or bungee jumping.
