Adult swimming lesson in Irvine, California...?

I am 47 and I have no clue of swimming, I literally can't swim.
Where can I get to learn swimming? I can not pay a lot of money to learn it.

try your local YMCA or rec. center.

Iceman's suggestion of the Y is a great one. The YMCA cannot turn anyone away for financial reasons either so if you meet the criteria you may be able to learn for little to no cost.
