every where I go I have a tendency to see the numbers 133! My account, work employee #, address, what ever it is every where

133 is 2 less than 2^7 + 7 so maybe the numbers that are -really- trying to get your attention are 7 and 2.

What does the first part of the question even mean? Numbers ... follow you? How hard have you been hitting the crack pipe lately? On a scale of one to ten, would you describe yourself as wasted off your *** or Len Bias?
Okay, okay. Thank you for the clarification. There is no actual significance to 133 for most people. Probably you once lived at 133 something drive or had a phone number with a 133 in it, and ever since then you have noticed it more than you notice other numbers. The point is, it is no more common in your life than any other number, but now that you are looking for it, every time it is there you will see it.

There are several answers, 133 is 3/4 of 1337, which is leet.
133 also looks similar to 1.33, which is the index of refraction for light traveling through water. I'm guessing its a combination of the 2, and its telling you to drink "elite water", so if it is following you, the water must be in motion. Go find a river.
