This is a sign that you are most likely not ovulating. You need to go see a doctor and have an exam. There are a variety of reasons that a woman many not have her period, and it needs to be checked out. There are medications that will stimulate your ovaries and cause ovulation. Good luck.

If you're my age (48), it's possible to get pregnant even though by now your periods are likely becoming less regular than they used to be. A lot of women my age have already gone through menopause or are going through it right now. Still, they are not totally safe. It is possible to become pregnant at that age even if you haven't had a period for quite a while.

go see an ob-gyne. she can check her ovulation cycle thru ultrasound & from there, she'll tell you when you can make love. good luck !
