What is your fav restaurant in Italy that is not so cheap?

Le Tre Caravelle in Catania, Sicily. They have very fresh fish, cook very well and the service is impeccable. My father has been an affectionate client of theirs for thirty years.
It is not cheap, but it has good value for money comparing to other European cities where the cost of living is higher.
