the more food you deep fried, the blacker it gets. In addition, it also make the food that is deep fried unhealthy. WHY??? Thanks for answering.

It is burned. As you use the oil small particles of the food you are frying end up in the oil, and burn. So the more you use it the blacker it gets. Now we know that burned food has carcinogens in it, (cancer causing), so that is just one of the reasons it is unhealthy.

all the little things that fall off whatever you are cooking burn in the oil...thus the oil gets black.
