evees in pokemon diamond?

i have a female evee. and to breed evees i need a male one so i wanted to know where i could get a second eveen in pokemon diamond without transfering it frum another game

You can get a second eevee in Hearthome City from the girl in the house next to the Pokemon Center.

If you want to breed eevee's, just get a ditto and put your female eevee and ditto together and they'll produce an egg shortly afterwards.
