For this past year (I couldn't find information for next year), the costs were as follows:
Northwestern University: Tuition = $33,408, Total Cost =$46,860.
University of Illinois (Resident): Tuition = $9,966, Total Cost = $18,682
University of Illinois (Non-Resident): Tuition =$24,052, Total Cost = $32,768
University of Miami: Tuition = $31,288, Total Cost = $44,122
Note that both Northwestern and Miami are private universities, so their costs are the same regardless if you are a resident of the state or not (although you need to figure in travel back and forth from your state as well). The University of Illinois is a public, taxpayer-supported institution, so they charge more for out-of-state residents.
As far as what they offer, all three offer a broad range of programs. You need to look at their websites to see if they offer what you are interested in,but chances are that most of them will offer most common majors.

Google their websites and look for a link that says undergraduate admissions info or something similiar. It'll cost more if you're not a resident of the state. You can also find the majors they offer on the site.
