.05 that isnt a DUI, is it? I got two last summer (.21 and .13) and i am under 21. I didnt get any jail time or a fine....just 18 months probation and I havnt driven in 8 months. I know its real important that you dont piss a judge off, because i missed a victim impact meeting and he told me if i missed it agian I would be in jail for 3 weekends.

Just relax. Go to court and ask to see the judge. explain to him that you were out of state and show some documentation to prove it. ask if you can continue making payments and do your other stuff. Don't get pulled over because they'll be a warrant for your arrest. then you'll spend some time in jail.Hopefully the judge will give you another chance.

Your fines will increase, your license will still be suspended and you will go to jail. the chance that you will have to enroll in an alcohol awareness and rehab program is pretty much guaranteed. You should go to a alcohol assement program right away to at least show an effort to fix what you messed up on in the first place.

You will probably have a warrant for your arrest. The courts will also have mailed default judgments to you. Did you run from your problems and make an excuse to try to get the judge to have sympathy? Why did it take 2 years? Good luck to you...

I would take care of this asap. You are pretty much screwed, but you have to deal with the consequences of your actions. Court should have been your number one priority, and by not going back for over 2 years, they more than likely going to be pretty tough on you. I wish you luck

Well, no-one can say what the judge will do. Most likely if you turn yourself in, he'll be wanting the rest of the fine plus interest and fees.

I think either way, your best bet is to get it taken care of once and for all.

Well now your have jumped any bail you posted, that will be forfeited. The judge can jail you now for not appearing and impose the maximum sentence without any input from you. What was more important than appearing before the judge?
Hmmmmmmmmm,,,,,,some fantasy that you have not done before? I hope your happy with yourself. I am afraid for you.

Get an attorney and turn yourself in; then you can get it handled. Otherwise, you could get picked up for speeding some day and end up in a whole lot of hurt. Pay the piper so you can move on with your life.
