i dont get what this question is asking can someone please help me?

Well, if you connect the dots on the plot you just made (there should only be one y value for any x), it will make a shape. A common shape is a bell (bell curve or normal distribution). It might look like a "J." Or an "S." Just describe the shape that forms along the x-axis (the bottom side, near you).

The distribution refers to the overall shape of the curve (above). What does the y-axis values say about the x-axis values? Are more mid-range hat sizes sold? Or are lots of people buying hats for hamsters, making the really small hat sizes more popular?
