Thousands of years ago, aliens came to earth and mated with monkeys. Humans are the result.
Scientology has another weird creation myth. Frozen aliens were dropped into a volcano. When the ice melted, their spirits flew into the bodies of homo sapiens who at the time were as smart as monkeys. This was the beginning of humanity as scientologists see it.
Two different Egyptian creation stories.
1. The land was formed by the creator god's ejaculate into the water.
2. A pair of twin gods, Geb and Nut, were separated. Nut, the female twin was set arched to form the sky. She birthed the sun every day and swallowed it at night. Her brother, Geb, was forced to lie on his back to form the land. The obelisk was a symbol for his erect phallus.

I'm with the other answerer who says the Mayans. In their holy book, the Popul Vuh, there were FOUR original humans, not two. Their names as I recall were Jaguar Sun, Jaguar Moon, Jaguar Night, and Not Right Now. I love that name! And as I recall, the words of god or whoever appeared one day on a beach, having floated up out of the ocean... though I'm not sure any more about that.
Also, the Popul Vuh covers a period of time from around 30,000 BC to just before the Spaniards invaded, which is a longer period than most holy books.
There's a good book on this called "Cracking the Maya Code". It's worth a read.

I like the one from my culture, the Cree.
Of the the links below, the first is boring. All the life has been sucked out of that story. The second is better... but when you read it (if you so choose), you have to imagine sitting at an Elder's table with a cup of tea, a piece of bannock... and an ear to listen. These stories lose a lot when written down.
Wasakejak stories are a lot more colourful than the way these are written!

The most interesting myth is the one that says some being called 'God' or 'Allah' created the world in 7 days. Its the most interesting because of the impact it has on the world in recent millenia. Or, more precicesly, the impact its fanatical believers have had on the world.

There are as many creation myths as there are Native American, African or any other general ethnic tribes. Do a little research of your own. Just North American Indian tribes alone have so many different creation myths and there are many websites to provide them to you.

You might want to go to a Jewish community center and ask if you can purchase a "Sefer Hasidim" (Book of Creation.) This is a seminal work written in the 6th century by Jewish mystics.

Well, one that is interesting is the one that involves flying fish. They flew over the sun, since there was no earth yet, and the great one Goobiduno felt sorry for them because their fins were burning off. So...he made everything else. He really, really liked flying fish. Really.
