Don't complain, we all face it. You'll just be another one of the cattle lined up in the barn if you complain like the rest of the nation.

The reason is that Iran put a 25% increase effective Tuesday (today). I googled it and found that out. There will be a rationing in Iran effective in 2 weeks. Don't know what's in store for us after this rationing takes place though....

It's because they know they can get away with it, because George Bush will not lift a hand for some reason to help us,he has the power to freeze gas prices, other presidents have done it,it is up to the people all over the USA to boycott Exxon and Mobile,Truckers wont stand for it much longer, they cant make a living with gas this high and neither can the working men and women working for minimum wage. But it wont be long until those greedy congressmen will holler for another fat raise so some of them can keep those oil wells going.

Well because they are greedy and also I saw some lame excuse on the news the other day that an oil refinery was shut down for 15% of the day, therefore they lost 15% of what they could have made. But really, that's a BS excuse. They just want money.

I can't stress this enough, BECAUSE PEOPLE KEEP PAYING THE HIGH PRICES without modifying their consumption habits. For one, I have started working from home and when we purchase a new car, it will be a hybrid--our current vehicles are 7 and 8 years old, so it will pay off in the long run.

So that all the greedy companies can increase their already ridiculously-high profit levels, and their greedy bosses can keep rewarding themselves huge pay rises. They'll never be satisfied with what they've got.
