i have a red eared slider (Mo) and when he is messin with his rocks he goes up like hes gonna grab it but his arms twitch the first thing i thought of is electric rocks lol but anyway is this normal?

he only does it when he is messin with a rock almost like hes tryin to grap with both hands and it will happen anywhere in the tank the main thing here is rocks only when he is playin with a rock.

Not a lot of info here.
Is it basking when it does this? That would be moderately normal- not common, but it happens.
Is it near another turtle or its reflection in the glass? It would be trying to either court or chase away the rival.
Is it happening for no good reason in the middle of the tank? Some vitamin and dietary problems cause twitching or nerve damage.
Review your basic cares at a good site like http://www.redearslider.com and make sure everything looks good.
