Given expression can be reduced into a perfect square using formula
(a + b)^2 = a^2 + 2ab + b^2

x^2 + 5x + (25/4)
=x^2 + 2 x (5/2) + (5/2)^2
= (x + 5/2)^2 = (x + 5/2)(x + 5/2)
