Wash them in very hot water and throw them in the dryer for a great amount of time, but I don't know how to keep them short. Hope I helped

hot water and then throw them in the dryer without fabric softener...that will shrink em right up. Ive ruined good jeans doing this...a countless amount of times...haha.

I agree with above answer - wash in hot, dry in hot... if you just need the waist and butt smaller try a tailor but you'll pay...

that's kinda impossible...get them taken up at a professional seamstress or wash in hot water and dry in the drier
