Will the judge take into account that I am still paying for everything including the morgage even though I dont live there anymore?

I would expect it to be a lot and I would not expect any considerations from the system.

The judge should consider it, however, the one who make the most,pays the most. I would be looking in the help wanted ads for a 2nd job, unless you want to squeek by until your kids are 18 and your wife remarries. I know this sounds harsh, but I am sorry its true. It has been very difficult on my husband and I, He is paying for 2 households. We have just recently stopped living week to week because of his ex. And its been 12 years.

Ask for 50/50 custody and no child support.

MY FRIEND GOT DIVORCED ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND THEY WENT BASED ON HIS INCOME. HE PAYS HER $700 OR $750 A MONTH IN CHILD SUPPORT. NO ALIMONY. THIS WAS IN THE CHICAGO AREA

ask your lawyer he can tell you and let the judge know what your paying for
