There are literally hundreds of fish that fit that description. If you can give us more information on why you need a fish that size or potential tankmates, or tank size anything like that, we can narrow the search and help you find a short list of fish that will fit our needs.

i would go with most african cichlids from lake malawi try going to aquariumfish.net or cichlids.com.
