I would like to know why people on questions never reply. or give marks to the person that has solved their computer problems. everything is taken for granted.
is it asking to much to say thank you, and give it some marks..... to person who as made the effort to solve their computer problem

Actually Carling, I did mark your answer with a check for the best answer and I did want to say thank you. I'm a novice at this and just didn't know how. When I checked your answer as the best one, I got a message to wait for 4 hours before I made a final choice for the best answer because more responses maybe forthcoming. Again, I appreciate your prompt response, as I am finding Vista very frustrating on many levels and you may have the answers I am attempting to find.

I totally agree with you, man. I have had that happen to me countless times. Good luck with your next answer as after all you are doing your good deed fro the day by helping someone solve their problems.
