Not in order of most importance
- Universal Health Care; and I don't mean government managed care
- Protecting the Environment
- National Security - Protect our borders and ports
- Balance the budget - fix Social Security
- Better schools period, NCLB was a sham
- Effective and expedient exit strategy out of Iraq - and I'm a Gulf War Vet so for all you Fox following Bushies, back off
- Alternative fuel sources
- Racial, gender, and sexual orientation equality
- Lead the world in nuclear disarmament. We have enough nukes to destroy the world a hundred times over.
- Oh yeah and that Constitution thing, can we please start following that? It made sense then, it still makes sense.
- Lastly keep religion where it belongs; in churches, synagogues, and mosques, and out of government, pretty please. Thanks

How about getting rid of this ridiculous National ID card law and securing our borders? That's two things I would like to see some people focus on. The idea of having a National ID card you have to carry with you wherever the Secretary of Homeland Security says you must have one (remember we don't even vote for him or her) really creeps me out. At a minimum, that card must have your name, DOB, SS#, Address, complete driver's record, and an electronic security measure, whatever that means. That law goes into effect in one year.
And please explain to me how we can afford to have 700+ bases outside the U.S., 40,000 troops in Korea, 30,000 troops in Japan, but we can't afford 10,000 on the Mexican border?? What a joke. It's so obvious no one in power is interested in stopping "illegal" immigration. Our government and our law books need a serious house cleaning, it's a tangled, overblown mess.

It doesn't matter what you are. The people in Washington really don't care about you. The only thing they care is to how rich they can get before they sell you down the drain.
If you are a liberal I guess you want the government to spoon feed you. Both sides really don't care one dam bit about you.

Kicking the corporations out of our government
Making it illegal for corporations or corporate lobbyists to give anything, a penny, anything, to the political representatives..... who are supposed to be representing the people of the United States of America
The corporations are the infection attacking Jefferson's tree of liberty...they must be cut out
The corporations are free trade (slave trade)
The corporations are 1% owning 40% of the wealth
The corporations are no-bid contracts
The corporations are global warming
The corporations are non-stop pollution
The corporations are foreign policy of profit margins
The corporations are war for profit
The corporations are why we are in Iraq
They're out of control and must be stopped if sanity is ever again to rule the day
